ALS Environmental will be reporting all samples in line with Sample Matrix Accreditation from Monday 5^th January 2015. As part of this transition our IT systems will undergo routine and planned maintenance on Monday 5^th January between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00.

Customers who have access to our WebTrieve system will be able to view the most up-to-date analytical information via the portal. During the maintenance time we will be unable to add new customers to WebTrieve, however, we can -re-send passwords to customers who may have had access to this system in the past.

As part of the maintenance and updates our internal reporting systems, which are used to create our analytical reports for customers, will be unavailalbe and the information visible to our customer service team will be limited. We will have a team on hand to take queries and we will process all requests, your patience and support during this period would be greatly appreciated.

During the maintenance period ALS Environmental will still be able to send positive "Micro Notifications" to customers, however, the final analytical reports will not be issued until the maintenance and updates are complete and have been fully tested. Completed, authorised analytical reports will be sent out via e-mail once the updates are complete.
