The landscape of Microbiological testing is changing, with more rapid techniques on the market and in use than ever before. To help customers understand these advances ALS Environmental will be holding a conference at our Coventry Laboratory on Friday 19^th February 2016, entitled; "Microbiology Trends: Past, Present & Future".

Unlike most other conferences the day will be split between presentation and practical demonstrations of the laboratory techniques.

The morning of the event will be a range of presentations on the latest advances in PCR, Quality and laboratory automation. The afternoon will allow delegates the opportunity to see demonstrations of a range of methods including MALDI-ToF, PCR and Flow Cytometery; with the latter being used to enumerate TVC counts in minutes as opposed to the traditional days.
