Meet the Team at Geotechnica 2015
Jun 3, 2015
Geotechnica 2015 is coming to the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre on the 8th and 9th July; the event is in its sixth year and ALS Environmental are delighted to announce that we will be exhibiting on stand 40. Geotechnica was developed to bring together all sectors of the industry and appeals to all stakeholders, from suppliers and manufacturers through contractors to clients.
The Geotechnica 2015 Conference will provide an impelling insight into the future of the geotechnical and geochemical industry, as well as providing everything consultants and contractors need to be aware of to comply with current and changing standards. At the event ALS Environmental will be exhibiting our full range of laboratory services, including demonstrating our range of OnSite Tools that are availalbe from our Equipment Hire Department.
The tools on demonstration at Geotechnica 2015 will include our XRF, for the instant analysis of metals in soils and our SiteLAB UVF 3100D, for the rapid identification of Hydrocarbons in soils and waters. These demonstrations will be undertaken by Dr James Taylor who recently presented a talk at the East Land Quality Forum on the use of Rapid Measurement Techniques (RMT's) in use to C4SL, S4UL and SGV limits.

Representing ALS Environmental at Geotechnica 2015 will be Talvinder Chohan, Nick Barsby and Dr Taylor, who comments:
The use of RMT technology in Site Investigations is slowly becoming more common practice. We hope that by demonstrating the benefits of the technology at a prestigious event such as Geotechnica will increase both awareness and understanding of these innovative solutions for the industry.
