Latest Customer Survey Data Unveiled

The results are in from the Summer ALS Environmental customer survey with 98% of respondents rating our Customer Service team as "good to excellent". The number one aim of ALS Environmental is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Our latest customer survey has shown that we are achieving this with 77% of customers being very or extremely satisfied with our service.
Other highlights from our Summer survey include that over 50% of our clients have been loyal to ALS Environmental for over 5 years and that 45% of our clients submit samples on a weekly basis.
As part of the survey, one of our clients is drawn at random to win an I-Pad Mini, with the summer draw winner being Indy Mair of Aberdeenshire Council. The Autumn survey is out now and all participants who leave their contact details will be eligible for the free prize draw which will take place prior to Christmas.
Belinda MacLachlan, ALS Environmentals recently appointed Customer Service and Interface Manager comments:
We take feedback from our clients very seriously. While it is pleasing to see that 98% of clients have provided positive comments concerning our customer service, this still leaves 2% who we need to work on.
Other promising aspects of the report include a high score of 94% for technical capability and 77% of our clients being very or extremely satisfied.
