As part of our ongoing commitment to improve our logistical services to our customers, ALS Environmental are pleased to announce that we are opening a new drop off location in Otterbourne from Thursday 5^th May 2016. The site will soon be home to a new laboratory that will undertake analysis of samples for Microbiology for commercial customers.

ALS Environmental have a range of drop-off locations situated throughout the UK, including a service centre in Dublin, Ireland. Our drop-off locations can be found by using our Postcode finder service, which will enable clients to find their nearest drop-off.

The addition of the Otterbourne location to our portfolio of drop-off locations means we now have in excess of 25 locations around the UK. Open between 09:00- 16:30 Monday - Friday, Samples will be collected after 17:00 from our Otterbourne site and registered at our Coventry laboratory prior to commencing analysis the following morning.

In response to the announcement of the Otterbourne drop-off location, Grace Coiley, Project Manager for the Southern Water contract comments:

The opening of the Otterbourne drop-off in conjunction with the opening of the laboratory in the summer are the final acts in putting laboratory services in the South East of England. We have now undertaken our UKAS assessment on the site and hope to be able to process commercial samples at the laboratory from late Summer 2016.

In order to drop off samples at our Otterbourne facility, please call customer services to obtain a consignment number, this allows us to track and trace your samples right to the laboratory.
