Due to the ongoing adverse weather conditions throughout the UK and in our operating regions, ALS will endeavour to deliver a normal service to our customers. However, due to health and safety concerns for our staff, in some areas of the business we may have limited resource. We aim to keep our customers informed of our status during this time.

Our goal is to maintain ALS high levels of both courier and analytical service throughout and we have implemented contingency plans in order to help achieve this. Customers will be contacted where this is not possible, we will be checking e-mails periodically and a team member will aim to deal with your request as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding during these difficult weather conditions.

Our Dublin site is currently closed due to the severe snow. ALS Coatbridge is also closed. Our laboratories in Wakefield and Otterbourne are also experiencing the severe weather but remain open. Coventry is less affected by the weather conditions and normal service continues.
