We are delighted to announce that ALS was successful in securing the ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ award at the annual Labs Awards ceremony held as part of the Lab Innovations Conference at Birmingham’s NEC on 2^nd November.

Accepting the award, Sales and Marketing Director Nigel Richards said, “This award is reflective of our efforts to make ALS a really welcoming place of work and one that genuinely values the contribution made by each and every employee. We are extremely proud of our activities on addressing gender equality and of our ‘RISE’ initiative (Reach, Inspire, Share, Elevate) that encourages, informs and celebrates diversity and inclusion.”

ALS was also shortlisted in the ‘Skills and Training’ category. Commenting on this, Nigel said “We pride ourselves on the quality of training provided for our staff.
