ALS to Exhibit at ESGLI Conference

ALS Environmental are delighted to announce that we will be exhibiting at the "European Society of Clinical Microbiology of Infectious Disease" (ESCMID) entitled "ESCMID Study Group for Legionella Infections" (ESGLI). The event will take place over the 16th & 17th September 2015 at the Barbican, Central London.
The ESGLI conference will be attended by world renowned experts on clinical infections and Legionella outbreaks. The event will provide a forum for world experts to share their views and opinions on the current Epidemiology of Legionella and other emerging bacteria such as the ESKAPE pathogens.

By employing market leading technologies such as MALDI-ToF confirmations, which provide an Instant and Informative Legionella confirmations, and rapid PCR analysis, ALS Environmental are at the fore front of commercial microbiological analysis. We have a market leading database of Legionella Species in our MALDI-ToF library which holds 56/63 species of Legionella recognised by the World Health Organisation.
ALS Environmental will be represented at the ESCMID exhibition by our Microbiology Operations Manager, Pervinder Johal, and Talvinder Chohan from our Business Development Team. Along with our exhibition presence, ALS Environmental will also be presenting a poster at the event on the emerging pathogens of concern, and our MALDI-ToF confirmation technique.
