ALS Environmental To Sponsor Scottish Contaminated Land Forum Conference

The Scottish Contaminated Land Forum (SCLF) will be holding their fifth annual conference on September 16th 2014 in the Collins Suite, at Strathclyde University, Glasgow. As part of our commitment to the Contaminated Land sector ALS Environmental are one of the key sponsors of the event.
ALS Environmental will have a stand at the SCLF annual Conference, titled Advances in Land Contamination Assessment and Remediation. The conference will be focusing on a range of topics from OnSite Tools, such as the handheld XRF, PetroFLAG and SiteLAB 3100, Category 4 Screening Levels (C4SL) in Scotland and the Scottish Landfill Tax.

ALS Environmental will be represented at the SCLF conference by Dr James Taylor, who was invovled in the working group for the new Waste Acceptance Criteria (WAC) Guidance and our resident OnSite analysis expert. Along with Dr Taylor will be Sue Eakin, ALS Environmental's Business Development Manager for Scotland and Ireland, who comments:
The SCLF Conference has a broad range of delegates, including academics and consultants, all of whom have a key role to play in the development of the contaminated land industry in Scotland.
