ALS Environmental are pleased to announce that we have today (Monday 1^st September )  launched our portfolio of drop-off locations across the length and breadth of the UK. We have designed these locations to be easily accessible and in population centres.

The 11 drop-off locations will all be collected by our internal refrigerated collection vehicles after 18:00 Monday to Friday. All samples will be at the laboratory of analysis for the analysts to commence testing by the early hours of the following day.

On the announcement of the drop-off locations Lisa Clarke, Operations Director at ALS Environmental, comments:

With sample stability and deviating samples being a key driver for the market we wanted to offer our clients an alternative to timed window collections from couriers. With the addition of our drop-off sites we are giving customers a real choice in how to get samples to ALS Environmental in a timely and efficient manner.

In an effort to deliver full traceability of your samples; ALS Environmental would respectfully request that all customers call their customer service co-ordinator to acquire a consignment number for each batch of samples an engineer leaves at a drop-off. This allows ALS to track your samples from the drop-off, onto our vans and into the laboratory, reducing the risk of samples not being collected.
