ALS Announce Christmas Opening hours

With the festive season under three months away; ALS Environmental are pleased to unveil our last collection, drop-off and analysis dates for your samples in the run up to Christmas. We are happy to discuss these arrangements with our customers, and for exceptional circumstances, we may be able to arrange both collection and analysis during the festive period.
Please note that our laboratories will be open to receive samples and phone calls until lunch time on Christmas Eve.

The above table outlines the last collection and analysis start dates to ensure that your reports are completed prior to the Christmas holidays. Please note that all of the ALS Environmental drop-off locations will be closed from Wednesday 23rd December (the last collections will be as advertised). The drop-offs will re-open again on Monday 4th January 2016.

The laboratory will be closed for sample submissions on Bank Holidays (25th through to the 28th) our Microbiology team will be sending positive confirmations out during this time.
The laboratory will be open for sample delivery and pre-arranged collection on Tuesday 29th December until Thursday 31st December. Our request would be for customers to book these collections prior to Christmas Eve. We are able to arrange collections on these dates and the laboratory are working on a weekend skeleton staff over this period.
For New Year, the laboratories are closed on Friday 1st January 2016, with no sample reception or sample collection provisions in place; the Microbiology team will be sending positive confirmations out on this day. Normal service will resume from Monday 4th January 2016.
