With the holiday season fast approaching, ALS Environmental would like to inform our customers of the latest collection, drop-off and analysis reporting dates for your samples in the run up to Christmas and new year.

Our Laboratories will be open to receive samples and take telephone queries until lunch time on Friday 23^rd December 2016. 

The last day for courier collections and sample drop-off's via our network of drop-off locations will be Thursday 22^nd December 2016. We are able to accept and process Bacti & Legionella samples that are delivered directly to the Coventry laboratory on Friday 23^rd December 2016.

The laboratories will be closed for sample submissions on between Saturday 24^th December - Tuesday 27^th December, however our Microbiology department will be sending positive confirmation notifications out during this time.

The laboratory will be open for sample delivery and pre-arranged collection on Wednesday 28^th December until Friday 30^th December. We request that any collections required for these dates are booked prior to Christmas Eve where possible. We will not be operating collections from our drop-off facilities on these dates.

For New Year, the laboratories are closed on Monday 2^nd January 2016, with no sample reception or sample collection provisions in place; the Microbiology team will be sending positive confirmations out on this day. 

For exceptional circumstances, we may be able to offer courier collections and analysis during the festive period, but this is not guaranteed. Please call our customer services department on 02476 421 213, where we will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.

Normal service will resume from Tuesday 3^rd January 2017.
