With under one month to go until Christmas, ALS Environmental would like to take this opportunity to remind customers of our courier and analytical time scales over the festive period including our Christmas opening hours.

ALS Environmental operate a fleet of refrigerated vehicles and network of drop-off locations. The last day for national courier collections by our vehicles will be 23^rd December, with a local service operating around Coventry, Otterbourne, Wakefield and Bristol on Christmas Eve. The last collection from these drop-off locations will take place on 23^rd December after 16:00.

There will be no collections from the ALS Environmental drop-off locations between 24^th December and 3^rd January 2016; with normal service resuming on Monday 4^th January.

Please note that we are operating a skeleton team for sample collections over the Christmas period, therefore prior booking, where possible, is requested.

For any collections between the 29^th December and the 31^st December please book a collection via our website, or call your Customer Service Co-Ordinator directly to arrange a collection.

Please see Table 1 below  to assist you with sampling and courier requirements, this table outlines the days that ALS Environmental will be commencing analysis over the festive period, taking into account stability restrictions and analytical operational processes around the holidays:

For customers who require analytical reports before Christmas then the last sample submission dates of analysis for some common, key parameters are outlined in Table 2. If you require more details about a particular test that is not listed please contact the Customer Service team 02476 42 12 13 who will be able to assist you.
